The first month of the 2009 season will focus on Autism Awareness.  The Nationals will work with Sports Plus, CSAAC, (Community Services for Autistic Adults & Children) and DC Autism Parents (DCAP) to help increase awareness for a disease that affects one in every 150 children.

DCAP took a field trip to Noah's Pretzels in Gaithersburg, MD!  Our children had a tour, made a pretzel, had a snack and became honorary "Pretzel Makers."  What a great playdate!
